All new patients begin with an initial consultation. The initial consultation fee is $99, with a special rate of $49 for adults aged 65 and over.

Consultations may be completed in person or virtually. Recommended services and fees will be provided after reviewing your case history and needs.

Assessment & Diagnostic Services

• Comprehensive ear and hearing assessments — age 4+
Conventional and extended high-frequency air- and bone-conduction audiometry from 250 Hz to 20,000 Hz — age 4+
Pediatric hearing assessments for children and teens — age 4+
Auditory processing assessments and screenings — age 7+
Tinnitus assessments and personalized management plans — age 4+
Hyperacusis and sound-sensitivity assessments — age 4+
Misophonia consultations and management recommendations — age 4+
Sudden hearing-loss assessments — age 4+
Otoacoustic emissions testing — all ages
Tympanometry, acoustic reflex testing, and reflex-decay testing — all ages

• Assistive listening devices, remote microphones, TV streamers, and FM systems
Bone-conduction hearing solutions when clinically appropriate
Hearing implant consultations, selection, and prescription

Rehabilitation & Specialized Care

Tinnitus Retraining Therapy and other evidence-based tinnitus management approaches — age 18+
Hearing rehabilitation, communication strategies, and counselling
Custom earmolds and earplugs for swimming, music, sleep, workplace hearing protection, and recreational activities — all ages

Reports, Referrals & Community Services

Referrals to physicians, ENTs, specialists, and other healthcare providers when appropriate
• Audiological reports for physicians, schools, workplaces, insurance providers, and third-party programs
• Corporate hearing test, including workplace hearing screening days
Home and retirement-residence visits when available — age 65+

INSURANCE COVERAGE

Please verify your benefits directly with your insurance provider. Audiology clinics do not direct bill private insurance; receipts are provided for reimbursement. Coverage may be listed under audiology, audiologist, hearing test, hearing aid, hearing device or other.
