All new patients begin with an initial consultation. The initial consultation fee is $99, with a special rate of $49 for adults aged 65 and over.

Consultations may be completed in person or virtually. Recommended services and fees will be provided after reviewing your case history and needs.

• Assistive listening devices, remote microphones, TV streamers, and FM systems
• Bone-conduction hearing solutions when clinically appropriate
• Hearing implant consultations, selection, and prescription

Rehabilitation & Specialized Care

• Tinnitus Retraining Therapy and other evidence-based tinnitus management approaches — age 18+
• Hearing rehabilitation, communication strategies, and counselling
• Custom earmolds and earplugs for swimming, music, sleep, workplace hearing protection, and recreational activities — all ages

Reports, Referrals & Community Services

• Referrals to physicians, ENTs, specialists, and other healthcare providers when appropriate
• Audiological reports for physicians, schools, workplaces, insurance providers, and third-party programs
• Corporate hearing test, including workplace hearing screening days
• Home and retirement-residence visits when available — age 65+
