Comprehensive Hearing, Audiological and Tinnitus Assessment for adults and children
We use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to provide the most accurate, personalized hearing assessment for our patients.
Our test battery may include, when clinically appropriate, a detailed case history focused on hearing and tinnitus (if tinnitus is present), specialized questionnaires, standard or video otoscopy, middle ear assessment with tympanometry, ipsilateral and contralateral acoustic reflex testing, reflex decay, otoacoustic emissions test (500 Hz to 10,000 Hz), air- and bone-conduction pure-tone audiometry (125 Hz to 8,000 Hz), extended high-frequency audiometry (9,000 Hz to 16,000 Hz), uncomfortable loudness levels, speech reception testing, speech testing in quiet, speech-in-noise testing, and QuickSIN.
Tinnitus assessment includes the audiological assessment with other different evaluations. The evaluations are personalized and are based on the symptoms reported.
